YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
You'll find yourself completing assessments with a keen eye for individual needs, crafting personalized service plans that resonate with our commitment to exceptional care, and coordinating seamlessly with our Wellness Director. The heartbeat of your role lies in the close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. Documentation becomes your canvas, painting a detailed picture of residents' health journeys, and contributing to the vibrant tapestry of our community.
Here's what you need to become our Wellness Nurse:
- An active RN license in good standing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
