What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Legacy Impact Partners, LLC?

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other Executive team members. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant organizes and coordinates executive communications and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal individual will exhibit a strong and determined character, have the confidence to engage in open dialogue with the CEO, and have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations. This role requires strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $62,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop consistent brand presence for the planning, execution, and optimizing of multiple campaigns across digital channels
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multiple campaigns across digital channels
  • Coordinate and manage email marketing and email follow-up campaigns
  • Write copy, schedule posts, create content, and manage community engagement for social media channels
  • Manage budget and implement social media ads, including for Facebook
  • Track campaign performance and social media analytics
  • Assist with website design and development for new product launches
  • Assist with the development and execution of live and virtual events

Qualifications:

  • Extremely organized with attention to detail
  • High level of initiative, excellent judgment, and pride in your work
  • Understanding of e-commerce websites and knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Graphic Design Experience (including Canva)
  • Social Media Management experience
  • Technical / professional skills and competencies such as Google Suite
  • Analytical and strategic outlook with a creative mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
