To this end, we need an Entry Level Customer Support Associate that strives to establish authentic relationships with new and existing customers, enthusiastically answer product questions, provide unwavering account support, and professionally address all customer concerns and complaints.
Entry Level Customer Support Associate Key Responsibilities Include:
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing clientele by conducting thorough consultations, determining need, and providing thoughtful service consultations
- Educate clientele on our full suite of available services and provide recommendations that directly address and satisfy their needs
- Forward all product and sales information to the appropriate channel to ensure timely execution
- Ensure all client requests are met within a timely manner
- Maintain a working knowledge of our suite of products and services and stay current with industry trends
- Support the rest of the client relations team as needed
Entry Level Customer Support Associate Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales or client-facing position
- Ability to successfully work with all types of people
- Possess a solution-oriented attitude
- Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal and presentation
