Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Salary/year
Revenue Coordinator
Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management company looking to add a Revenue Coordinator to our Corporate team in Downtown Chicago. The Revenue Coordinator is responsible for the full accounts receivable function for an assigned portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily, weekly, monthly and annual Parking Revenue management, reporting, and reconciliation for an assigned portfolio.
- Responsible for creating forms and reports for all revenue/accounts receivable related items and analyzing and reconciling reports to find revenue variances
- Regularly collect and process check payments from monthly parkers
- Responsible for financial reporting and reconciliation on a daily basis as it relates to monthly parking
- Communicates all revenue related questions, concerns, and requests to the Market Leads and on-site Managers for clarification and reconciliation purposes
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable preferred
- Revenue cycle experience preferred
- Month end process experience preferred
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness with strong time management skills
- Intermediate excel skill required
- Bachelor Degree required, accounting or finance degree preferred
