Opportunity:
We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in this role. As a Roofing Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include door-to-door sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods, prospecting, inspecting roofs, and selling insurance-funded replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
- Prospect and generate leads
- Inspect roofs for damage and estimate repair costs
- Sell insurance-funded roof replacements
- Maintain open communication with customers and team members
- Utilize our intuitive online dashboard for efficient workflow management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within specific markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Basic understanding of roofing systems and insurance claims process is a plus, but not required
