We are looking to add a Sales Rep/Account Manager to our growing team of experts, who will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements and motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customer’s secure environment. You’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding your quota by crafting and implementing strategic plans.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Create and implement sales processes and tools to increase performance of sales team
Perform high-level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner/channel relationships
Develop and execute a mutual action plan and closing strategy with the sales team
Communicate value propositions to clients and stakeholders that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
Coordinate with other functional teams in the organization to maximize the overall business development activity
Build and maintain relationships with partners and third parties to increase opportunities
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative degree
5+ years of lending sales experience
1+ years of sales leadership experience
Legalist emphasizes a team-oriented approach, which requires analysts to demonstrate these attributes on an individual and group level
Ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
Proficiency with Sales CRM tools
This role is for a remote position in Charlotte, NC.
