Job Title: Legator Guitars Sales Representative

Overview: As a Legator Guitars Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new dealers and managing existing accounts. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence of Legator Guitars, fostering strong relationships with dealers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a passion for music, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Acquisition:

    • Identify and prospect potential dealers within designated territories.
    • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new dealers, including presenting product lines, negotiating terms, and addressing inquiries.
    • Build a robust pipeline of prospective dealerships through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  2. Account Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships to drive repeat business and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Provide ongoing support to dealers, including product training, marketing materials, and promotional assistance.
    • Monitor dealer performance, analyze sales data, and collaborate with dealers to develop strategies for improvement.
    • Address any dealer concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

    • Stay updated on Legator Guitars' product offerings, features, and competitive positioning.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and their staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales incentives to drive demand and increase sales.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to management.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to develop actionable recommendations for enhancing sales strategies and expanding market share.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the musical instrument industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of musical instruments, particularly guitars, is highly desirable.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
