THE ROLE

Reporting into the Director of eCommerce Architecture, you will be part of our internal development agency and collaborate with designers and developers to guide the team through the product development stages and oversee the eventual deployment of each new website.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Follow the project from the discovery phase to final delivery of the website.
• Consult with external clients to determine requirements.
• Works with designers and developers to set the scope and timeline for digital projects.
• Creates deadlines and action items for every project team member.
• Leads daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress.
• Writes project status reports for the team, clients and key executives.
• Addresses bottlenecks and adjusts the timeline and deliverables.
• Works with team members individually to resolve any issues and escalates as necessary.
• Hosts project recap meetings to gather team feedback.
• Helps present the final website or app project to executives.
• Troubleshooting and testing prototypes and monitoring the live deployment of the product.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• At least three years of experience managing projects in a creative setting, eCommerce or agency preferred.
• Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience with common project management software.
• Collaborates with team members and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Communicates effectively and is comfortable leading team meetings.
• Experience in communicating with clients in various ways.
• Demonstrates time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
