THE ROLE

The Game Day Supervisor is responsible for leading a specific area of operation(s) on game/event day with Tennessee Titans, as well as working closely with all operational departments/management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supervise a team of productive, and customer friendly store/kiosk associates.
• Ensure retail team executes quality and friendly transactions.
• Ensure store to store transfers are managed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction is excellent.
• Communication role with management in regards to your concentrated area(s) or operation
• Lead staff, proper on-boarding /training of game / event responsibilities as well as all driving tasks
• Drive a positive customer experience by upselling and overall store presentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by coaching team members to ensure standards of excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High school/college degree/experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
• Able to work well with a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members when necessary.
• Able to work multiple events.
