Project Manager

The Project Manager leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of innovative products and services for the C2G brand. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constrain. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Identifies project scope and develops project plans; coordinates with Engineering, Product Management, Purchasing, Finance and other stakeholders to identify requirements, schedule, budget, and allotment of resources. Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards. Develops, tracks, maintains, and manages project plan, budget, and timeline. Communicates the status of projects to an array of internal customers. Identifies, tracks, and resolves all project risks and issues. Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow. Develops and evaluates resource and staffing plan; monitors schedules and workflow. Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations. Provides day-to-day guidance for project activities; actively works to promote and recognize performance. Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions. Manages project transitions between functional groups and project phases. Provides accurate revenue forecasting to higher level management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Provides additional documentation on project as needed. Resolves conflicts and keeps morale up. Other duties as assigned by manager. JOB REQUIREMENTS Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise that typically requires a college degree or equivalent. The job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information. Demonstrated customer satisfaction. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Proficient on Microsoft Project and Microsoft Outlook etc. Proven leadership and business acumen skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Creative, flexible, and innovative team player. Minimum Education and Experience Required: Requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 or more years’ experience.
