What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Coordinator position at Lehigh Technical Services?
Lehigh Technical has partnered with a growing organization in Columbus, OH in the pursuit to add an Order Coordinator to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail, communication skills and is tech savvy.
This role starts out on-site for 4-6 weeks with the option go remote thereafter.
Position is temporary to start with the intention to transition to full time/direct hire.
Hours are flexible for an 8.5 hour shift between 8am – 6pm
Responsibilities for the Order Coordinator:
- Monitor incoming requests for equipment or service
- Interpret requests and submit orders for equipment or service to vendors.
- Record order data into system
- Perform daily follow-up on existing orders to ensure that all request are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
- Act as liaison between customer and vendor to resolve issues and address concern
Qualifications for the Order Coordinator:
- General understanding of smartphone devices and services.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
