What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative position at Lehrkinds Inc?

Office Administrative Assistant is the face and voice of our guest and account experience. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for customer relations, assisting in accounting processes, and working on special team projects as assigned. As a crucial member of the office team, you will field phone calls and emails, process and file paperwork, assist with account reconciliation, and work to ensure that our guests and accounts are taken care of in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and emails from accounts/clients/vendors
  • Process documents and help manage accounts
  • Support accounts receivable processes and billing
  • Account Ordering
  • Maintain files of bills and invoices
  • Take on special projects as needed
  • Support payroll processing

  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Administrative office experience is a plus
  • GAAP knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, Microsoft Office Suite, and UKG is a plus
  • Payroll experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Position requires sitting for extended periods of time, typing, and occasionally lifting up to 30lbs.
