The Integrated Aviation Solutions (AIS) Division currently has an opening for a Lead FSR supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Leidos is the prime contractor on a 10-year single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the United States Army.
The Lead FSR is charged with directing and coordinating task execution for a state-of-the-art Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform including operational support during live missions.
The Lead FSR is responsible for technical planning, system software-network design, short and long-term planning development and integration, verification, validation, and fielding.
Developing solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.Duties include performing system requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.

The Lead FSR is an integral member of the Engineering team and reports directly to the program Chief Engineer while maintaining direct liaison with Leidos Functional support personnel, U.S.
Government customers, subcontractors and vendors.
The Lead FSR position is based at a customer facility on Fort Eisenhower, GA with travel to Leidos, customer, and subcontractor facilities as required to meet program requirements and goals; normally 10% with surge travel to support integration and testing events.
Evaluate, create, and execute FSR support plans to optimize effectiveness and prevent schedule disruptions
Participate in Test Readiness Reviews and test events to evaluate new systems and software
Lead a diverse team of professionals to include Electronics Intelligence (ELINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and mission network environment subject matter experts (SME), to ensure daily operational success and that Leidos and Customer program requirements are met
Liaison with Government customers and outside agencies in a timely and professional manner
Provide feedback to Program Management on daily, weekly and monthly activities
Coordinate efforts of a multi-contractor team consisting of ELINT & SIGINT SMEs and Data Analysts to ensure all contractual and mission requirements are met and on schedule
Participate in Program Management Reviews
Develops FSR schedules to meet operational support requirements
Provide feedback on FSR and overall site performance to program management
Ensure employees are trained to perform their mission
All other duties as directed by the Program Management Office
And all other duties as required to ensure responsiveness of the program.
WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)
Must hold a BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience; or master's degree and 6 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Current DoD Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/CI Poly
Experience with Airborne ISR executing SIGINT missions
Experience with operational processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) technical support
Knowledge in leading the execution of Airborne ISR support projects and tactical employment
DoD 8570 approved IAT Level II Baseline and Computing Environment certification within 6 months of hire
Capable of working autonomously with little or no supervision
Ability to write reports, maintain and update an Integrated Master Schedule
Effectively communicate with Leidos and sub-contractor functional leads, managers, and employees.
Ability to travel 10% to support one-on-one and Stakeholder meetings and surge travel up to 25% to support integration and installation or test events
Able to support shift work to meet mission surge operations.
Be able to obtain a passport and visa to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MS Project, Office, PowerPoint, Visio
Knowledge and experience with Army Airborne ISR Operations
In-Depth of knowledge in SIGINT field
Experience with Army and National Intelligence policies and procedures
Knowledge and experience with SIGINT and Radar Mission Equipment Payloads
Broad technology experience in systems engineering, ISR sensors and associated software, requirements tracking, testing and validation and sustainment

Pay Range:
Pay Range $101, $183,300.00
