The Defense Group at Leidos, supporting the Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel (M/OUSV) Program, is seeking a Program Analyst (CDRL) to support a dynamic high growth organization. The Program Analyst (CDRL) will be accountable for maintaining current awareness of issues, risks, and progress toward completion of M/OUSV program activities. The Analyst coordinates with program offices, sites, and internal and external team members to provide situational analysis to the program manager on matters pertaining to planning, integrating, and meeting program milestones and schedules.
The M/OUSV program is based in Port Hueneme, CA, and is responsible for delivering cutting edge autonomous vessel technology to the US Navy. The program operates and maintains prototype autonomous vessels for test and evaluation of the vessels as well as developing operations, maintenance, logistics and training procedures for the autonomous Fleet of the future. We are seeking resilient, innovative team-players with a reputation for excellence. This position is 100% remote with the potential of 10% travel. We are expecting award in March 2023.

Responsibilities – Work you’ll do:

Apply project management and execution principles to support and facilitate M/OUSV program execution.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders with diverse organizational cultures, priorities, and responsibilities to formulate, review, and execute program/project plans and meet deliverables.

Manage Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs): Establish and maintain systematic CDRL control, archiving & retrieval, templates, and standardized communications to ensure responsible parties deliver quality reports on time.

Use electronic data storage tools to ensure access to, and version control of, CDRLs for a geographically dispersed program management team.

Identify, track, mitigate, and resolve risks related to achieving program/project objectives.

Communicate effectively about program/project status using strategic documents, planning reports, white papers, programmatic documents, slides, and oral presentations.

Perform conference management activities as required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
-
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years' relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 2 years' relevant experience with DoD contract administration. Additional experience, training and/or certifications may be substituted for degree.

Experience writing or managing DoD Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL).

Experience effectively communicating at multiple levels within an organization and meeting with stakeholders to formulate, review, and execute program/project plans and meet deliverables.

Experience producing correspondence, briefings, and program/project plans for senior managers.

Ability to understand and summarize technical information for senior managers and non-technical members of the team.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with particular emphasis on word processing, data management, and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SharePoint).

US Citizenship required to start, with the ability of obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance after hire.

Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education – Favorable if you have:

Experience supporting Navy or USCG programs or autonomous vessel / vehicle / aircraft programs.

Experience with Knowledge Management principles and techniques
Pay Range:Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00
