Description
Leidos is seeking a dynamic Program Analyst to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team. The position will provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) APL-11 Resource Management Branch on the FAA’s Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Aviation and Space Education (AVSED) Program.The general nature of the work is to support STEM AVSED efforts and support the implementation of the recently completed STEM AVSED strategic plan. The materials developed will assist FAA Aviation Workforce and Education Division (ARA-100) to improve customer and Agency-wide understanding of ARA-100 strategic plan, development vision and education opportunities.
The position will be located at the Leidos site in Washington, DC.
The potential for telework is 25%.
Business travel may be up to 50 %.
The position will be traveling to FAA Regions to provide inventory tracking support.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
Program Analyst Primary Responsibilities
- Support development and daily running of an inventory tracking system for STEM AVSED consumable and non-consumable items.
- Travel to FAA Regions to provide inventory tracking support.
- Provide setup and logistical support for in-person and virtual events (when provided by the program office).
- Coordinate and collect meeting information as needed.
- Provide ARA-100 with administrative support to include activities such as scheduling, timekeeping, travel planning, tracking of correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
Program Analyst Basic Qualifications
- BA degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience. High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience considered in lieu of a college degree.
- Ability to provide organized documentation, and has knowledge of general clerical functions, scheduling, and tracking program activities.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Advanced capability applying MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
- Clear and concise general and technical writing.
- Ability to tactfully coordinate with a variety of project stake holders, peers, and management levels.
- A professional demeanor.
Program Analyst Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Power Bi and Tableau highly desired.
- Prior customer service experience.

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
