We are currently seeking a Memory Care Program Manager to join our team! We seek someone who has a passion for improving the lives of seniors through a truly person-centered approach to programming and care.
The Memory Care Program Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of programs and activities for our memory care residents to promote fun and social interaction, as well as communicating the schedule of events to residents and family members. Will also maintain contact with vendors to provide services for resident functions and will be involved in planning special events.
Successful candidate will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented community! A self-motivated, vibrant personality is a must, along with a professional demeanor, exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. 2+ years of experience working in a geriatric dementia environment developing programs and education. Knowledge of music or recreational therapy preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required. Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field is preferred.
