POSITION TITLE: Ice Fishing Guide

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure an environment in which high standards of comfort service, and quality exist for our guest.
2. Ensures teamwork and enhances cooperation between all departments.
3. Welcome guests, provide instructions and handle any special requests prior to departure. Group photos if requested.
4. Transport guests to and from fish houses.
5. Plow ice roads as needed.
6. Move, maintain, and clean fish houses.
7. Fish cleaning and packaging.
8. Other job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent desired. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
EXPERIENCE: Skilled fisherman or has extensive knowledge of the lake. Know where, how and when to catch fish. Fish cleaning.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Maintains a valid Driver’s License.
PHYSICAL: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
