When you work as a part of the front of house team you provide friendly and courteous service to all our guests. You will welcome the customers, answer questions, provide information, and safely serve our amazing food.
- Adhere to all policies and standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook and during training.
- Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment to assist in navigating customers along the food line.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu and ingredients in order to provide answers to dietary inquiries and to offer recommendations.
- Serve guests requested items in an efficient, sanitary, and friendly manner.
- Understand and uphold the culinary standards at all times.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
- Perform assigned side work, such as stocking line items and completing special cleaning
What you'll have:
Food safety & sanitation, Food Handler Certification
Ability to learn and retain ingredient information
Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
Maintain a friendly demeanor
What you'll get:
This position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location
This position is eligible to participate in Tip sharing! This benefit can add upwards of $3-5 / hour additional pay and is paid out each pay period.
