Responsibilities :
- Monitor and support the ticket queue and phone group for incoming requests.
- Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, servers, applications, and networks.
- Handle escalations from Tier 1 technicians and other service desks in a timely manner.
- Image workstations and provide setup and end user training for new hires.
- Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting for on-prem and cloud-based Windows Servers, 2012 and newer
- Assist in maintaining current systems and propose new methods for managing and optimizing these systems.
- Work with vendors to install and support internet circuits, networking equipment and A / V systems.
- Participates in disaster recovery planning and testing and implementation. Proactively seeks to prevent problems or issues from arising by working with either in house staff or third-party vendors
- Works autonomously on assigned projects with the ability to provide deliverables on time
- Performs after hours support duties and participates in on-call" rotation as required to sustain information systems and service level agreements

Requirements :
- High school diploma / GED required.
- 4 years of IT help desk experience supporting Windows desktops and Microsoft 365
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Requires occasional travel to satellite offices.
Desired :
- Certifications including but not limited to CompTIA Network / Security , or CCNA
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Connectwise PSA ticketing system and Connectwise Automate RMM
