Education
Profile: Organized, efficient and proactive data analyst person who is comfortable with full-time hours (35-40). Ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, self-sufficient with experience using Excel formulas, ability to analyze data, and ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degrees in mathematics, statistics, or computer or data science preferred or deep experience in data management.
Experience: three to five years of demonstrated proficiency with data analysis required.
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Experience with database development to support data transformation and loading processes
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business domains and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Delivery mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects and information
- Able to function both with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented unit
- Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
