Title: Trade Processing and Client Service Associate
Location: Baltimore, MD
Remote/Hybrid/Onsite: This role is hybrid with three days on-site
Position Type: Contract, possible temp-to-perm
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Support client service associates and operational personnel; checking inbound client documents for accuracy, notating all activities on the account, and submitting accurate forms for final processing to service center; make outbound contact both in writing and verbally with clients concerning paperwork.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Self-Starter Trade Processing
- Ensure financing trades booked by the trading desk are processed quickly and accurately
- Resolve any trade exception issues by liaising with the trading desk and appropriate support teams
- Perform trade reconciliation and resolve breaks
- Troubleshoot problems arising on an ad-hoc basis and react to both the trading desk and client driven demands Relationship Management
- Support Morgan Stanleys lender relationships by providing superior client service
- Manage team relationships throughout the firm at all levels Sales and Trading, Legal and Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, Finance, and Operations
- Develop strong partnerships with IT colleagues to design, develop, and implement technology solutions to business requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field: Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance.
- Quick Learner
- Strong Communication
