The Development Analyst reports directly to the Sr. Development Analyst and VP of Land Development. The position is responsible for assisting the Development team and providing information and support to the Sr. Development Analyst and VP of Land Development for communication to Division.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Development Analyst reports directly to the Sr. Development Analyst and VP of Land Development. The position is responsible for assisting the Development team and providing information and support to the Sr. Development Analyst and VP of Land Development for communication to Division. Key job responsibilities include:
Create and manage project specific budgets based on information provided by third-party Engineers and Acquisition team
Assist with monthly reconciliation of project budgets and invoicing, and be able to present findings to Sr. Development Analyst and VP of Land Development
Prepare budget cost summary upon completion of each project, to be reviewed and approved by Sr. Development Analyst and Division management
Assist Development team with distribution of critical project documents to both internal and external parties
Manage department spreadsheets and tracking tools, including unit pricing, development contracts, and liability insurance compliance, among others
Create and maintain organization of Development project folders, including overall project and phase-specific folders, as well as the information contained in each folder
Assist with management of Division’s reimbursement interests for projects located within Special Financial Districts, including, but not limited to:
Organize and maintain District binders for required projects, including creation documents, invoice & payment research, among others
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure appropriate homebuyer disclosure information is accurate and in place
Attend District meetings on behalf of Lennar as needed
Assist with other projects as assigned by Sr. Development Analyst and VP of Land Development

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with budget creation and management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time
