Skills/Requirements
- Customer service or retail sales experience a plus
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Must have a smile, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about our brands and pass this knowledge on to the customer to help them find the perfect fit
Customer Service
- Create sincere connections with customers and exceed their expectations
- Maintain solid product knowledge on footwear and apparel features, benefits, fit, care and maintenance
Merchandising & Inventory
- Help our team execute merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies
- Keep the store clean and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
