The Cook is an essential member of the team. The success of the restaurant depends on providing a superior product which is key to the overall customer experience. The Cook is responsible for following documented preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high quality and food safety compliant products are being served to our guests. In order to guarantee superior results, the Cook must adhere to the proper execution of brand approved preparation procedures.

- Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry out trash containers to an outside bin

- Must complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
- Must complete CORE training
- Must complete Service Mastery training program
- Must have good personal grooming
- Must have good communication skills

- Able to conduct motions such as: pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must complete Chicken Mastery training program with RGM verification
