Team Member Position
The Team Member is an integral part of the business. Team Members are the first person that customers see when they walk through the door and are the first voice customers hear at the drive-thru. In this role you represent the entire restaurant and are a significant part of the customer experience. This is a very important job for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments while paying attention to detail. Primary responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, assisting in resolving service issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment. A successful candidate will have a well-groomed appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career while providing fast, fun and friendly service with a high willingness to learn, grow and succeed!

Cook Position
The Cook is an essential member of the team. The success of the restaurant depends on providing a superior product which is key to the overall customer experience. The Cook is responsible for following documented preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high quality and food safety compliant products are being served to our guests. In order to guarantee superior results, the Cook must adhere to the proper execution of brand approved preparation procedures.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Use the correct tools to prepare, cook, and present our products
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
  • Maintain and regularly clean cookers inside and out
  • Manage oil/shortening levels and regularly inspect oil quality
  • Deliver quality products that meet company and brand expectations
Team Member Requirements
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have commitment to excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work a cash register
  • Must have good personal grooming
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry out trash containers to an outside bin
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Must complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
  • Must complete CORE training
  • Must complete Service Mastery training program
Cook Requirements
  • Must have good personal grooming
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Able to conduct motions such as: pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • Must complete Chicken Mastery training program with RGM verification
  • Must complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
  • Must complete CORE training
