Description and Requirements
Executive Director, Transaction Support Services
Build DCG (Data Center Group) ‘shared services’ capability for customer transactional support across Lenovo’s DCG portfolio (Hardware, Software, Services) and standardize, grow, and expand that capability to drive operational efficiencies. Transform customer experience (reduce speed and complexity) for pre-sales quoting process. Drive cross-functional projects leveraging process and technology to improve customer experience and improve operational performance. Manage the growth and development of future leaders (i.e. high potential employees) across the Lenovo business. International travel required 15%.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5 or more years of relevant experience
Overseeing operational metrics: expense and productivity savings, time to quote, utilization of resources, contract management, and billing timeliness; Building customer experience oriented global organizations and teams; Cross-functional project management: sales, supply chain, and development; Leveraging global supply chain to improve operational output.
