What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend After Hours Scheduling position at Lenox Plumbing LLC?

- Must be able to work more than 20 hours on occasion on weekdays to cover meetings, sick time, and vacation time.
- Must be able to train at our office in Canton for 2-3 weeks on selected days Monday-Friday for 20 hours a week
- It may be necessary to occasionally rotate weekdays and weekends
- 9 am - 7 pm Saturday and Sunday with the opportunity to work more than 20 hours a week to cover meetings, vacations, and some weekdays times
- Work remotely but willing to travel to our shop in Canton, MI when needed
- Customer service skills
- Some experience in the plumbing industry would be helpful but not required
- Ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent scheduling ability
- Good multitasking ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be professional, friendly, customer service oriented (answering phone calls, interpersonal communication)
- Oversees and responds to emails. This will include responding to appointment requests, reaching out to give quotes, answering questions about estimates, reaching out to customers when estimates are approved to schedule.
- Must have internet
- Must be able to appropriately handle calls and conversations with customers and be able to communicate with our plumbers
