- Performs work accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and processing billing information

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare practices
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical coding and billing processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic patient care
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to healthcare operations
- Sales experience is a plus
