What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at LEO'S Photography?
LEO'S Photography is a family owned, Washington State business with dynamic constant annual growth in the youth portrait photography market. We photograph over 400 schools through our 2 locations, and are seeking to fill a position within our Spokane office.
We are looking for a new employee that is an exceptional listener who can clearly and effectively express themselves both verbally and in writing. The appropriate applicant will have excellent decision making skills with a demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
School photography is a dynamic and fast paced form of studio photography. We have a production line business model, so working fast and efficiently is a necessity. Attention to detail is required, and we are looking for employees that can implement their critical decision making skills.
A typical day during our season involves:
- Checking in with our IT Manager to go over the previous days workload.
- Gauging your workload for the day and setting an itinerary to accomplish all of the days tasks
- Ensuring that all technical systems are operating smoothly and adjusting hardware and software appropriately to ensure operations continue with minimal interference to production.
- Assisting and leading IT based tasks within the production line including specialty printing and data management
-Ensuring the data is easily managed and distributed efficiently amongst our internal network
Our compensation is dependent upon your experience and scheduling availability.
We are primarily looking for people with time management skills and the ability to pay attention to details. Being fast and technically proficient while having fun in our office environment is critical to the atmosphere of our work place. We are able and willing to train the right person that will fit in with our current team. Critical deduction skills and efficient work discipline is required in this position. The ability to quickly learn our product line is essential.
