E-Bike Technical Sales Associate

Leon Cycle is gearing up for a busy summer season and we are looking for a E-Bike Technical Sales Associate to join our team!

The E-Bike Technical Sales Associate is a key ambassador of the Leon Cycle Store, who will meet, greet, assist our customer inquiries no matter in day to day retail sales or aftersales services. Diagnosis, repair, maintenance and as well as the building of the Leon Cycle bikes are also part of the job. The Leon Cycle E-Bike Technical Sales Associate is responsible for following our global customer service standards and communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, product inquires, promotions, and sales.
• Provide aftersales services according to company's standard in assembling our new bikes, conducting basic bike diagnosis and repair.
• Operate sales desk, POS system.
• Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
• Document customer problems and input in the computer system utilizing CRM and Excel tools
• Communicate with coworkers and customers on a daily basis via phone and email.
• Build and develop strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain product and service knowledge for problem resolution and customer inquiry.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of retail sales and service work experience (bikes industry preferred)
• Computer skills - Microsoft Excel preferred
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical problem-solving skills
• Self-disciplined, perceptive, and proactive.
• Action and service-oriented – can demonstrate initiative and a friendly, "can do" attitude.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and welcoming disposition

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
