Logistics Manager

Leon Cycle is looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to join our growing team! As we expand through US and Canada, this is a challenging yet rewarding position to help with managing our warehouse and logistical needs in North America.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shanghai HQ to support in the logistics and warehouse management including the management of 3PLs
• Perform inventory checks and controls and maintain timely shipping of goods to consumers and dealers
• Maintain and process all orders in a timely manner
• Assist in support for inventory planning, allocate warehouse space for e-bikes and e-bikes parts and components
• Support all Business Development Managers in providing up to date information on inventory available for sale and upcoming inventory available for pre-sales
• Liaise with HQ supply chain department on all logistics and supply chain issues and matters, support in customs clearance and ensure timely pick up of goods from customs to minimize demurrage fees and customs penalties
• Support and partner with IT team on systems improvement, systems implementation and accuracy of data within our system

Qualifications

• 5 years or more in logistics and warehouse work experience
• Strong hands on capabilities to work independently and also capable to lead 1-2 staff if needed
• Exceptional communication skills to partner with regional sales leaders in all different states and provinces
• Experience with small to mid size start up companies preferred
• Experience in retail, trading, warehouse management or E-Commerce business highly preferred
• Post-Secondary education (Logistics, SCM, or equivalent) is a plus
• Experience working in a fast moving consumer goods segment
• Some heavy lifting may be required
