SUMMARY
The firm’s Administrative Assistant is a customer service pro. The ideal person for this role will be client-friendly, positive-minded, tech-oriented, and loves creating an atmosphere where people feel well taken care of. This person builds trust and confidence with people by providing their full undivided attention. They cultivate an air of hospitality and go out of their way to ensure effective communication. An effective administrator is intentional about setting proper expectations. This person also has the business acumen and perception skills to recognize when needs are unmet or when dissatisfaction begins to set in. They work to prevent conflicts and minimize frustrations by taking an active role and intervening to promptly address concerns, ensure clear understanding, and strengthen relationships.

The Administrative Assistant is often the first person that existing and prospective clients will have contact with.
