The Operations Manager is responsible for operational side of the business by assisting VP in developing processes, procedures, and special projects
Main Responsibilities
- Develop Strategies to optimize operational inbound and outbound efficiencies, including assisting VP in developing SOP’s, training materials, operational checklists, inventory management etc.
- Manage dropship projects for various clients
- Pack and ship orders to customers when necessary
- Dispatch orders from drop shipping warehouse as needed
- Cooperate with clients on order fulfillment issues as needed
- Manage inventory through WMS
- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage returns and product photography
- Manage assigned team within department
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis using analytical techniques, tools and models.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data of ops processes to determine and promote data driven business decisions
- Prepare/collaborate on presentations, reports, etc.
- Interpret results of analysis, present recommendations, alternatives, and implications
- Utilize performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement; develop process improvement plans for each performance indicator or area identified.
- Interact with sites/departments,
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the LePrix Code of Business Conduct
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- BS/BA in related discipline required
- Experience in operations industry required
- Experience working with project management platforms or equivalent is required
- Demonstrated experience communicating with and influencing higher level leaders
- Experience presenting to Senior Executives
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Excellent soft skills such as: interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative, allowing candidate to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
