Job Description
LER TechForce is looking for an Enterprise Systems Administrator to work a hybrid schedule in Troy Michigan.
Description:
Maintains and monitors networking equipment, servers and applications on the wide area network. Participates in the implementation and ongoing support for corporate infrastructure across many platforms. Performs a variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training tasks to ensure network performance meets the company and user requirements.
Major Duties/Responsibilities

- Performs System Administration tasks such as Server maintenance, account and access management, and software installation and troubleshooting
- Performs server and endpoint patching, firmware upgrades, and other security related tasks for enterprise systems and applications.
- Responsible for enterprise applications such as Office 365, SharePoint, Line-of-business applications, and others as defined by the Infrastructure Manager.
- Assists in providing computer/network support relating to software problems reported by users
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field; or equivalent applicable work experience
Related Experience:
- 2 to 4 years server enterprise infrastructure and operations experience preferred, including infrastructure implementation, support and upgrades
- Experience working with the following technologies is preferred:
- Microsoft Windows Server: Including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.
- SolarWinds Orion
- VMware vCenter, vSphere
- Office 365 Administration, Azure administration (or equivalent cloud provider)
- Citrix or other VDI solution
- Adaptation/Flexibility: Includes keeping an open mind regarding new ideas and ways of doing things. Willing to consider alternative interpretations or ways of looking at the situation. Demonstrating flexibility.

Preferred:
- Special Training or Competency CompTIA A , Server , Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or equivalent is preferred
Additional Information:
Work Hours: Hybrid Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5pm. Off-hours as needed
