Position Summary:
Manage and oversee learning & development processes, policies, procedures, functions, and activities to support team member career, leadership, and professional development in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives. Learning & development processes include succession planning, assessment center, performance management, mentoring & coaching, organizational and leadership development initiatives, and systems integration.
Essential Functions:
- Project manager for learning & development processes including Succession Planning, Assessment Center, and development of high potential TMs.
- Co-design, develop, pilot, implement, monitor and maintain learning & development processes, policies and procedures ensuring alignment with Global
Human Resources Development Standard (GHRDS).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HMMA learning & development processes and implement continuous improvements ensuring compliance with BMS standards.
- Project manager for potential systems integration of learning & development processes (system interfaces for data uploads, transfer and reporting).
- Conduct internal quantitative and qualitative data analysis (e.g. surveys, focus groups or individual interviews) to identify development needs.
- Provide thought leadership, including analysis of cutting edge-research, models, theory, benchmarking, to determine alternative potential solutions to address development needs, improve leadership readiness, and enhance learning curriculum for HMMA’s leaders and professional TMs.
- Co-lead creation of TM Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support succession planning and career management talent pipelines.
- Lead, coordinate, actively support HMC-, HMG-, GHRD-, and local HMMA-sponsored annual programs and emerging projects as required.
- Facilitate implementation of annual Culture and Core Values (CV) initiatives, projects and mandatory training; collaborate with CV Ambassadors, Executives & Sr. Management.
- Lead, coordinate and participate in emerging HR Learning & Development projects and activities including classroom instruction as required or desired.
- Supervise, train, coach and develop direct reports, provide challenging, meaningful work to achieve organization, department, team, individual Goals &
Objectives.
- Participate in self-directed personal and professional learning development activities to acquire state-of-the-art knowledge and enhance competencies.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
System (SMS) requirements.
- Perform special projects or other duties as required.Position Requirements:

Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
