We’re looking for a designer who wants to build a portfolio with beautiful, award-worthy design solutions for the refreshing world of swimming pools. You’ll learn and grow from working for an award-winning creative director who comes from designing for the world’s largest brands and a passionate team of designers. You will concept and create visual design solutions for a large variety of problems ranging from graphic design and brand systems to advertising campaigns large and small. You will collaborate with other creatives partners and non-creative team members in the development of ideas. Bringing a strong creative point of view is expected, but knowing when to listen and collaborate is key. You’ll bring a fresh new perspective to the creative team and the team will bring you daily mentorship to help make your design craft as great as it can be. Responsibilities:
- Provides a design point of view, creating multiple design solutions in an agile creative design philosophy.
- proof of full vaccination status
- Works closely with Project Management to stay on schedule and within budget parameters.
- Designs and executes branding, advertising campaigns, collateral, presentations, logos, asset kits/style guides; creates design extensions for campaigns as requested.
- Organizes and archives files on studio server per studio guidelines.
- Prioritizes workflow effectively.
- When needed should be able to work independently and be self-governing to see projects throug
- 2 Years of design agency or advertising agency experience. Or be an outstanding new graduate.
- BA/BFA/BS in Graphic Design is preferred, but a stellar portfolio and experience without a degree is considered.
- Knowledge/experience with Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite, Keynote. Motion Design and AfterEffects is always a plus.
- Hand trimming, mounting, sketching and drawing for comp work, new business pitches and various other projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking, initiative and follow through skills.
- Effectively communicates and works well in a team environment.
