What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at LessonPro LLC?
Purpose of Position:
This position will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Department. In this role, provides customer support by assisting client managers, sales team and operations. Resolves sales related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate issues and assist team with customer accounts. Provide administrative duties, issue resolution, deductions, enter and track data in system.
Accountabilities:
- Harvest, post and enter sales orders, and maintain spreadsheet in system.
- Assisting to coordinate (LTL) orders for transportation coordinator to assign carrier.
- Coordinate product allocation, verify invoice pricing, and confirm order shipments.
- Research and reconcile customer/sales team claims and account information.
- Assist with order rejections, and resolution of claim approval process.
- Function as liaison between Corporate Sales office and FOB, Distribution Centers, Ports, Production etc.
- Work with quality control to resolve pending and/or potential issues.
- Complete administrative duties as required.
- Handle heavy e-mail, fax and call volume.
- Generate department reports as needed.
- Weekend coverage might be required based on company needs.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Minimum Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Previous customer service experience (i.e. answer calls, data entry, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Able to work well under minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
