Job Description

Reporting to our Sales and Marketing Manager, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales organization as directed by Sales Management, while surrounded by genuine people and great European products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to the Sales team, addressing any requests or requirements to facilitate their sales processes via email or phone.
  • Handle Sales team requests related to inventory management, purchasing, delivery status, and other concerns that intersect with the Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service departments.
  • Provide Sales team with CRM/WMS systems support training and respond to system inquiries.
  • Provide administrative back-up support while Sales Representatives are on vacation.
  • Assist the Customer Service team by efficiently managing and filtering incoming emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assist with cross-checking sales orders with the warehouse picking interface to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels to provide actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows within the Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse departments.
  • Adhere to all Company established policies and procedures.
  • Special projects or other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, frequent deadline environment
  • Proficient MSOffice (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills are essential
  • Familiarity with CRM and inventory systems an asset
  • Experience in the Specialty Food Distribution or a related industry an asset
