We are looking for a Route Driver at our Villa Rica, GA location as the face of the company when it comes to daily client interactions. Our Service Sales Reps are given a tremendous amount of autonomy to manage their route of specific customers. You will be supported by a stellar team of account managers and customer service representatives to help fulfill your customer’s needs. When in this role you have the opportunity to perform these services and work directly with our valued customers to help them reduce costs, save time, and improve the overall image of their business.
Responsibilities
· Communicates with customers regularly and builds client relationships that result in a high service level and great client experience.
· Successfully accomplishes weekly assigned route deliveries.
· Write up service orders and new tool orders at existing accounts.
· Identify on a regular basis any client and service information and direct to appropriate team members (customer service, account manager, divisional sales manager, business developer).
· Work with Account Manager to manage the tooling inventory and/or identified programs of customers.
· Additional income potential through growth of new business.
- Ability to load potentially heavy goods efficiently and carefully.
- Ability to navigate routes efficiently.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
- Valid drivers' license, and clean driving record required.
- Reliable with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written).
- Physical strength and stamina.
- A willingness to work overtime when required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience
- Sales and Customer Service experience (preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent Required
