Freezer Stocker

We are seeking a Freezer Selector for a meat and seafood company in the Arlington area. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM, which means lots of OT!!! Pay is $15 p/h and OT is paid at $22.50!! All candidates must be able to work in extremely cold temperatures of 15 below 0. MUST HAVE A FREEZER SUIT

• Fulfilling customer orders which includes locating, picking, stacking, scanning, wrapping, and staging the individual orders in their respective staging lanes
• Must ensure that the correct quantity and product types are being selected to meet the company’s productivity standards
• Selectors must work quickly and efficiently, in addition to maintaining the accuracy of the orders.
• Must have a freezer suit or able to obtain one as well has have slip resistant shoes
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more
• Able to squat, bend, stoop, push, pull, kneel, and reach
• BG Friendly however no sexual or violent offenses will be considered and all cases must be at least 5 years old

*AFTER 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PAY INCREASE IF PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS ARE MET
