Job Description
We are looking for an Experience Designer. This role would be responsible for applying user-centered design methods and systems to deliver a best in class experiences for our clients. Leveraging a keen ability to understand user behaviors as they engage with a brand through complex journeys and decision processes, the Experience Designer helps define and shape customer experiences across every digital touch point.
You’ll collaborate with a team of Experience Strategists and UX Designers, Product Managers, Content and Brand Strategists, as well as other cross-functional disciplines including Intelligence, Technology, Marketing Operations, and Creative, to drive consistent client value while also looking beyond the ask to identify key areas of opportunity and growth. You’ll use data insights and research methods to inform key deliverables that go a step further than wow-ing our clients- you’ll change hearts and minds with deep human connection.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of user experience design for assets ranging from campaign pages and microsites to the optimization of web experiences within large enterprise websites from concept to implementation that elevate the client's brand in a unified experience and drive user interaction.
Develop and maintain user requirements as they pertain to the web experience while providing clear documentation for designs.
Collaborate closely with content strategists and technologists to fuse user experience, structure and content consumption.
Proactively work with agency and client marketing teams to identify opportunities for experience enhancements and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present compelling solutions, ideas, and strategies.
Experience Design deliverables (not limited to)

  • Development and maintenance of wireframes and prototypes
  • Creation of functional annotations and user stories
  • Industry, category, user, and business discovery/research
  • Experience and Heuristic audits
  • Task/user flows and journey maps
  • Development of information architecture

Qualifications*
Required skills*

  • 2 years in a UX Design (or closely related) role.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design process & methods.
  • Familiarity with modern front end web frameworks and content management systems.
  • Experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, inVision, Zeplin and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with strategists, designers and developers.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into design experiences that the development team can efficiently execute.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas, decisions and reasoning to broad audiences including fellow design professionals, business and technical stakeholders and senior executives.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with Atomic Design or similar design system methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and experience designing accessible interfaces.
