Our company is seeking exceptional customer service professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a previous background in customer service and work best in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience by assisting them with any product, sales and promotional questions, inputting orders accurately and giving out information about sales and special events.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming calls. Help customers solve problems.
  • Present and sell company services
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
