Server Night Shift Level 99

Night Shift at Level99 is a taproom and beer hall. Our culture is rooted in a genuine desire to CRAFT BETTER-beer, food, seltzer, experiences and connections. Every position is responsible for embodying the CRAFT BETTER mentality, communicating it within the team and to our guests.

Level99 is the first-of-its-kind destination for challenge based entertainment where we will focus on craft drinks and a scratch kitchen. The duties & responsibilities below are for servers but our success is entirely predicated on everyone supporting one another - Server & Bar, Front & Back of House.

Duties & Responsibilities

*Make guests feel appreciated and welcome through your actions. *Always seek meaningful connection with guests and cultivate regulars. *Have a good time and serve guests with a genuinely positive attitude. *Convey passion and knowledge for our beer and entertainment as part of the hospitality experience. Always be humble, recognizing mastery of beer is a life’s work. *Convey enthusiasm for our food menu. Maintain proper knowledge of the menu and food allergies within dishes. Show interest in the Level99 experience. *Approach guests with empathy and create a welcoming but not overbearing table presence. *Be present and attentive by recognizing visual cues of guests’ needs before they realize what they need. *Work as a team at all times, inside and out of service, always looking to support one another and prioritize on behalf of the guest. *Be proactive about keeping the server stations stocked and your section clean and clear. *Review daily tasks checklist to have the floor clean and ready for service. *Run food, bus tables and contribute to beer hall experience. *Uphold the expectation of “Full hands in. Full hands out.” *Accurately process transactions using the POS system including guest payments and order tracking to ensure proper inventory. *Understand and follow the steps of service. *Be punctual and show up to work on time and ready to work. *Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age. *Embracing change and desire to grow with Night Shift Brewing. *Transparency between team members and management *Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. *Perform all other duties needed and requested

Working Conditions / Essential Functions

*Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays as well as emergency responsiveness as required *Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs *Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds *Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment *Effective verbal and written communication skills *Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies *Organized with strong attention to detail *High integrity and professionalism *A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude – leading by example

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00 - $38.00/hour.

About Level99 Entertainment: At over 48,000 square feet, Level99 is the first-of-its-kind destination for challenge based entertainment, craft drinks and scratch kitchen. We challenge players and up to 5 friends to compete and collaborate both physically and mentally in over 40 different uniquely themed challenge rooms including the worlds of pirates, ninjas and the apocalypse just to name a few. Players are encouraged to work together to unlock additional rooms and rewards. If competition is more the players style then they can face off against others in our variety of arena-style competitions including the infamous Axe Run. In between challenges players can enjoy the dozens of locally produced art features while hydrating in the Night Shift Beer Hall with one of our craft drinks and shareable snacks.
