A day in the life:
On any given day at Levy Dental Group you can expect to encounter the following:
- Working Monday – Thursday for a full-time role [part time also an option]
- Arriving at 7:45AM to be ready to go at 8:00AM
- Working with a driven team of [6] other Dental Professionals
- Caring for patients who are often scared about their visit to the dentist
- Working in an office that provides Patient-Centered Care
- Treating every patient like family
- Seeing between [25-35] patients each day
- Assisting through procedures in all areas of the clinical space, i.e. hygiene, treatment room, X-Rays, sealants
- Setup/breakdown rooms, four handed dentistry, sterilization, etc.
- Educating Patients, offering post-treatment care instructions, oral hygiene advise, and answering patient questions about procedures
- Contributing to supply and inventory management
- Using all equipment with care and ownership
- Improving daily essential tasks such as taking quality X-Rays, suctioning, prophylactic procedures, sealants, etc
- Completing Opening and Closing duties as a team

- We support you in winning by reviewing metrics related to sterilization protocols, treatment case acceptance, reappointment rate, meeting provider production goals, and providing training to set you up to succeed!

- Being calm and cool-headed with a positive attitude
- Your dental skills have expanded to take on more accelerated tasks and procedures
Deal Breakers
- If you are not compassionate and caring of patients and parents;
- If you don’t accept constructive feedback for improvement;
- If you don’t have any dental assisting experience, or haven’t finished an accredited dental assisting program,
- If you don’t have a Radiation Safety Certificate and you are not willing to obtain one,
Compensation
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
