Grow with us! LEVY DYKEMA is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to assist the Chief Financial Officer in Austin, Texas. We are a quickly growing premier architecture firm based in Austin, Texas that is expanding throughout the Central Texas and Gulf Coast regions. LEVY DYKEMA provides a design experience through a balance of innovation and sound principles known as Texas Contemporary. We believe relationships are the foundation of great buildings. We engage our clients in every level of the design process including interiors, purchasing, and branding to ensure the shared visions of a project become a shared success.
Responsibilities
- General bookkeeping
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain office facilities
- Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Prepare client invoices
- Accounts receivables updates
- Accounts payable updates
- Maintain client financial files
- Provide weekly financial reports to the management team
- Assist management team as needed
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office Excel
- Microsoft Office Word
- Microsoft Office Outlook
- 10 Key Adding Machine
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
