Levy at United Center has an immediate opportunity for a Market Stand Clerk
Reports To: Concessions Manager, Concessions Supervisors
General Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain all stand functions and servicing guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful way. Utilizing the TC70 handheld device to properly perform job requirements.
Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned) 70% During Event
Provide high quality service to guests by offering them food and beverage items for sale in the assigned stand.
Utilize the TC70 handheld device and understand its functions for maintaining the store.
Ensure cleanliness of merchandise area: floors, shelves, entry/ exit way.
Contact commissary for re-stocking, if necessary.
Restocking shelves and relocating product placed improperly.
Continuously surveying and addressing product levels and stand appearance; including misplaced items, empty shelves, and alcohol purchases.
Help answer guest questions and provide a basic understanding of technology.
Act as greeter for the guests, ensuring a smooth entry and speed of service.
Check guest IDs upon entry and provide responsible alcohol service.
Provide escalation to supervisor/ manager for refunds and other guest concerns outside of listed scope.
Survey guests exiting the space to confirm alcohol standards are met (2 Drink Max, Over 21 years of age, Alcohol purchase identifier)
15% Post-Event
Assist in restocking merchandise areas, practicing FIFO (First In First Out) standards.
Assist in cleaning the stand to meet with Company sanitation standards.
Verify all products have lane dividers in place.
Verify TC70 handheld device is returned to designated location.
Confirm no spills have taken place in or around equipment in the space.
Produce a restocking list of items needed in the stand based on inventory levels.
10% Pre-Event
Assist in restocking merchandise areas, practicing FIFO (First In First Out) standards.
Retrieve TC70 handheld device from designated area and preform login functions to enter the store.
Utilize the TC70 handheld device to introduce new stock items if necessary.
5% Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
