POSITION OVERVIEW
Assures all locations have correct material and adequate supplies, transfers all materials and finished products to specific locations, relief person for breaks, does all material changeovers, assists die setters, general maintenance of all related equipment, and general housekeeping for process areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES
Good understanding of QA standards and quality acceptance.
Working knowledge of Lot Control and Monitor Inventory System.
Material transferred to the proper locations.
Make appropriate labels for Job Completion, WIP and raw material as needed.
Place rejected material and parts in Quarantine area when identified by QE.
Working knowledge of assembly machine set-up and basic functions of machines and auxiliary equipment.
Supply each operator with materials necessary to keep production running (raw material, totes, foam, resin, gloves, empty racks, etc. ).
Support production operators to avoid any unnecessary downtime.
General departmental organization and tidiness.
Movement of material or product to appropriate holding spot to await further process.
Completion all required audits and check sheets.
Some computer knowledge.
Relieve operators for breaks.
Safe operation of forklift and/or motorized pallet jacks.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED TRAINING
Basic Orientation Training; Fork Truck License; MCS Inventory Control System; BOS Instructions; any other applicable safety and environmental training as identified in the Training Requirements Plan.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Forklift training.
