- Leading by example to demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include reprographic services, shipping and receiving.
- Ensure each team member provides the highest level of prompt and friendly customer service
- Capacity to handle a heavy volume of print production and tax processing
- Supervising the tax processing team, maintain quality control and work schedule flexibility
- Availability for overtime, including weekends, during busy seasons to support important deadlines
- Provide backfill as needed
- Participate in cross-training
- Monitor and ensure well-maintained tidiness in office workstations, break areas, and other office space
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure inventory of office supplies is up to date and replenished with adequate quantities in a timely manner
- Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments
- Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, ensuring the storage spaces are maintained
- Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed
- Take directions from supervisor or site manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of customer service experience

Appropriate leadership skills and aptitude to lead others
