Description:
LBHS provides in-home/community based one on one psycho-social rehabilitation therapy and behavior interventions for at-risk children / adults (our patient population struggles with both developmental disabilities and behavior health diagnosis). Quality coaches help identify member strengths and needs and foster life skills training and social/emotional development in real time helping members learn to thrive in natural environments. We work with families and youth in their homes, and out in their community teaching a variety of skills ranging from skills for daily living to social and emotional self-regulation. Direct Support staff work primarily in Group Homes and Parent Homes / out in the community with children and adults who have developmental disabilities and behavior health diagnosis.

- Entry Level Behavior Coach starting @ $18 earn up to $20
- Must be 21 years of age to apply!
- Must be an AZ resident and available for an in-person interview
- Experience and ability to work with challenging behaviors
- Proof of reliable transportation and a valid CPR-FA card is required
- AZ Class one Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment is required. (we will help you apply)
- Pre-employment background check for all employees is required
- Must be able to pass a drug test pre-employment and upon request
Current LBHS Coaching staff in good standing are eligible to promote to Case Management positions (Case Managers promoted from within start at $20 salary)

License/Certification:
