Our dealership has an immediate, full-time opening for several Internal Sales / BDC Associates .
Qualified applicants must be a dependable team player with a drive for excellence.
We are looking for energetic, out-going professionals with a positive can do attitude.
Excellent communication and organization skills are a must.
Although you do not need sales experience to be successful at this position, you must have exceptional customer service skills.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone inquiries and internet sales leads in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to our guests their specific vehicle inquiries.
- Excellent customer service
- Prior automotive BDC experience preferred.
- Use CRM software to generate prospect leads in system to facilitate proper follow-up.
- Obtain extensive product knowledge by participating and completing provided training courses.
- Provide our guests with a world-class experience to distinguish us from our competition.
- Must be available to workday, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
