Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service
- Schedule service appointments and maintain the service department's calendar
- Keep accurate records of customer information, service histories, and invoices
- Process and submit warranty and insurance claims
- Track and monitor service technician hours and productivity
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the service manager
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and service department supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the service manager
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
